Aura Garrido Sanchez is a Spanish actor and actress on television. She has appeared in such films as Stockholm and the TV show El Ministerio Del Tiempo. Garrido, born in Madrid 1989, is a painter and composer. Tomas Garrido was a conductor of orchestras as well as a composer. The mother of her daughter Pilar S nchez is a painters. She began her piano lessons when she was just four years old. She shortly after that, she began to study ballet. She had a closest friend, who was fluent in English who taught her the language. After finishing her high school studies her, she attended the Real Escuela Superior DE Arte Dramatico in Madrid. In the school, she learned interpreter for three years, with a focus on translation of text. But she quit at the end of 2010 after she secured a role in Planes para manana. The role won her the Silver Biznaga for best supporting actress and an Goya Awards nomination in the best breakthrough actress category among other nominations.
